FAQ's

Do you only supply the memorials featured in your brochure?
No, we can provide quotes for any memorial you may have seen in a cemetery or in another brochure.

How long does it take?
It usually takes about 10-12 weeks to supply a new memorial, but if we have the memorial in stock it could be considerably sooner.

How long after a burial should i wait to erect a memorial?
In some cases it is possible to erect a memorial straight away, but most cemeteries would advise you to wait between 6 and 12 months depending on their individual regulations.

What area do you cover?
We supply memorials to London and most of the south east of England.

Is it possible to see what the finished headstone will look like?
Yes, we are able to supply a scaled layout of the headstone with inscription for your approval before any work is started.

Will i get a guarantee?
Yes, all our memorials are guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years.

What about insurance?
We can arrange insurance for all our memorials through a reputable insurance company.

What is an anchor system?
It is a NAMM approved safety system which secures the memorial to the ground to prevent it from become unsafe and falling over.

What is NAMM/BRAMM?
NAMM – National Association of Memorial Masons
BRAMM – British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons

What about cemetery/churchyard fees?
These charges are paid directly to the relevant authority on your behalf.
Each cemetery has their own set of fees that apply to the different kinds of work being carried out (new memorials, additional inscriptions etc.)
